PenUltimate Inc.: The Irvine-based company said Wednesday that it has signed a distribution agreement with Wilson Learning Corp., a sales training firm based in Minneapolis.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. PenUltimate, a software maker, said the agreement calls for Wilson to sell SalesForce, a sales process automation software product. PenUltimate said Wilson hosts more than 300,000 corporate personnel participants in seminars annually.
