Satellite’s New Space: Satellite Technology, a satellite equipment maker that employs more than 100 people in Costa Mesa, has purchased a building in Irvine Co.’s master-planned industrial park, Irvine Spectrum, for $5.4 million and plans to relocate there. In an unusual teaming, two brokerages--Voit Commercial and Lee & Associates--helped market the 63,198-square-foot building for the Zapara Family Trust. . . . TDK Electronics Corp. has signed a $13.1-million lease for 265,000 square feet of space at 17871 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine. Brokers at CB Commercial in Newport Beach represented the lessor, Irvine Plaza Associates.
