Germany’s AEG to Acquire ElectroCom: ElectroCom Automation Inc., the largest supplier of document-processing systems to the U.S. Postal Service, said it agreed to be acquired by the German conglomerate. Under the deal, AEG, which already owns 26% of ElectroCom, will pay $10 a share in cash for the remaining stake in the company. The deal has an estimated total value of $265 million. ElectroCom stock closed $3.625 higher at $9.75 on the New York Stock Exchange.
