BOGOTA, Colombia —

The drug was concealed inside 12 suitcases smuggled into the hold of the airliner with the help of airline employees, police said. Four Avianca employees were arrested.
Last week 21 airport police were arrested in Bogota following allegations that they were taking bribes from traffickers.
