Who’s the Bigot?

Share

In a free society, Christians have the same right to advocate laws reflecting their moral code as everyone else. It is not bigotry to have a set of moral beliefs, nor is it a “phobia.”

The strategy being used against American Christians is to accuse them of the sins being committed by the accusers. The intolerant liberal accuses the Christian of being intolerant and while speaking hate against the Christian, accuses Christians of being hateful. The liberal accuses Christians of trying to force their beliefs on others while trying to force their beliefs on the public with their allies in the press parroting their politically correct agenda.

Fairness? Discrimination? Convenient words when pointing at someone outside their secular orthodoxy. Well, double standards and hypocrisy are accepted tactics in politics. The real issue is that in America anyone--religious or non-religious--can run for office and all of them are free to promote the values they believe in.
