Cuba Says Tourism Is Bouncing Back: Tourism Minister Osmany Cienfuegos said the island's August refugee crisis caused some decline in tourists from countries such as Italy and France, but he said the fast-growing tourism sector--the Communist-ruled island's No. 2 source of hard currency after sugar--is now recovering. He said tourist numbers and revenue will be higher this year than last. Cienfuegos forecast 700,000 visitors and earnings of about $900 million.
