Diceon Electronics Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of circuit boards and back panels recorded profit of $2.6 million, or 39 cents a share, for fiscal 1994, which included an extraordinary gain of $10.2 million from paying off debt early. The company reported a net loss of $16.3 million, or $3.18 a share, for fiscal 1993. Sales for the year ended Sept. 30 dropped to $95.7 million from $99.3 million. A net loss of $2.7 million, or 32 cents a share, was reported for the fourth quarter, compared with a net loss of $2.6 million, or 50 cents a share, for the corresponding period a year ago. Sales declined to $21.3 million from $25.2 million.
