Homedco Group Inc.: The firm said Monday that it has made an agreement with Red Line HealthCare in Golden Valley, Minn., for the Midwestern company to take over part of its distribution operation.

The Fountain Valley-based home health care company will continue to supply in-home patients with medical equipment, including oxygen tanks, but Red Line will deliver medical supplies, such as intravenous solutions.

Homedco expects to pay $100 million to $125 million over the next five years for Red Line’s service.
