Treasury Note Yields Rise: Yields on two-year notes rose in auction to the highest level in more than three years. The high yield was 6.88%, up from 6.55% at the last auction Sept. 27. It was the highest rate since two-year notes sold for 6.94% on July 23, 1991. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 6.875%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,999.10.
