Wahlco Environmental Systems Inc.: The Santa Ana company, which manufactures and services air pollution control and power efficiency equipment, said it lost $55,900 for the third quarter. That compared to a loss of $1.8 million for the same period a year earlier. Revenue was down 14% to $15.1 million from $17.5 million. For the first nine months of the year, the company reported a loss of $63.6 million, or $3.60 a share, which included a second-quarter write-down of $56 million. That compared to a loss of $1.4 million, or 8 cents a share, for the comparable 1993 period. Nine-month revenue declined 20% to $50.1 million from $62.4 million.
