Treasury to Auction Notes, Bills Next Week: The federal government will auction $41 billion in notes and bills to pay off maturing securities and replenish its coffers, the Treasury Department said. The department said it will offer $17 billion in three-year notes on Tuesday, $12 billion in 10-year notes on Wednesday and $12 billion in 37-day cash management bills on Thursday.
