The Baldwin Co.: The Newport Beach home builder recorded profit of $8.1 million for the third quarter, 11% higher than the $7.3 million for the same period in 1993. Revenue increased to $64.9 million from $21.1 million. Profit for the first three quarters of 1994 was $17 million, up from the $15.9 million reported for the corresponding nine months of 1993. Revenue rose 82% to $129.3 million from $71 million.
