Rob Fulton has been appointed regional vice president for Security Life, responsible for operations in Orange County and the San Diego area. Fulton joined Security Life, a Denver-based insurance company, as assistant vice president of its employer-sponsored plans. Last year, he was appointed vice president for ING America Life’s Business Insurance Operations, a Security Life affiliate.
