Mission Land Co.: The Irvine-based real estate developer said Friday that it has sold two La Jolla medical research facilities to Health Science Properties Inc., a Pasadena-based real estate investment trust. Mission Land sold the two fully occupied buildings for a total of $31.5 million. Tenants include medical research and development companies such as the research subsidiary of New Brunswick, N.J.-based Johnson & Johnson, R.W. Johnson, and the Scripps Research Institute.
