Military Strategy

Let me see if I have this right. Certain military recruiters will overlook the fact that an applicant is not a United States citizen (“Mission Accomplished,” Dec. 17). But if a lesbian or gay citizen wants to serve, she or he is not welcome. Great defense strategy, guys!
