Kirk Kerkorian Raises Stake in Chrysler: The billionaire, Chrysler Corp.’s largest shareholder, has bought 4 million more shares, increasing his stake to 10.16%, a spokesman said. Kerkorian now owns 36 million shares of Chrysler stock. He bought the additional stock Dec. 19 through 30, paying about $46 to $50 a share. That would have cost $184 million to $200 million. Chrysler shares closed unchanged at $49 on the New York Stock Exchange.
