“Save the County,” the punk rock concert facetiously billed as a benefit to help bail out bankrupt Orange County, is a go once more. The Ice House in Fullerton had scratched the Feb. 3 concert from its schedule after violence flared at a Dec. 16 punk show, but promoters say they are confident that recently bolstered security at the venue will enable the concert to go smoothly.
