Homedco Group Inc.: The Fountain Valley home health-care services provider reported a 21% increase in profit for its first fiscal quarter, which ended Dec. 31. Earnings were $8.6 million, or 64 cents a share, up from income of $7.1 million, or 54 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Three-month revenue was up 18%, to $146.3 million from $123.5 million.
