Thomas Associates Moves to Ventura’s Portola Road

Thomas Associates, an investment real estate firm, has moved to Ventura from Oxnard’s Union Bank Tower.
The new location on Portola Road will allow for expansion, “although we’ll miss the ocean views from our former offices,” said Mark Thomas, the firm’s president.
Thomas Associates operates an apartment brokerage and also deals in land, commercial and office properties.
