Quality Online Begins Service in Ventura

Quality Online, a new company that offers guidance to computer users wanting to gain access to the Internet, has opened its doors in Ventura.
The firm offers “Coast-Line!”--a system it claims gives users easy access to e-mail, multi-player games, on-line shopping and fax services.
Rick Wooton, general manager, says he is experienced in creating user-friendly systems.
