Saba Petroleum Co.: The company said Tuesday it has acquired a 25% interest in an oil field in Puerto Boyaca, Colombia, for $1.25 million. The additional production from the wells on the 3,800-acre Colombian property will increase Saba’s daily production by 22%, the Irvine-based oil company said.
