Saatchi Judge to Announce Ruling Monday: Saatchi & Saatchi’s first court showdown with Maurice Saatchi, its former chairman and now arch-adversary, wound up but the judge kept both sides in suspense by saying he would not issue his ruling until Monday. The advertising agency, its once-glossy image tarnished by months of infighting, is seeking an injunction to stop Maurice and a trio of allies from poaching clients or staff for their new rival outfit.
