VENTURA : City May Soon Take Bids on Road Project
A project to widen the intersection at Victoria Avenue and Telegraph Road could go out to bid next month under a proposal before the Ventura City Council on Monday.
The project, estimated to cost about $250,000, would involve adding double left-turn lanes on westbound Telegraph Road and one more traffic lane each on northbound and southbound Victoria Avenue.
City officials said construction could begin by early May and take three to four months to complete.
