2 New Suspects Are Charged in Bank Card Fraud Spree

PORTLAND, Ore. — Two more people were arraigned Wednesday in one of the largest bank machine fraud cases in U.S. history, bringing the number of suspects charged to five.
Donald L. Keno, 34, and his wife, Mary Anne Keno, 33, were arrested Tuesday. They are charged with unauthorized use of an access device, said Al Basco, head of the Secret Service office in Portland.
Along with three others arrested Feb. 7, they’re accused of looting $346,770 from 48 automatic teller machines.
