Catheter Maker Posts Quarterly Loss

Luther Medical Products Inc. said it lost $180,410, or 6 cents a share, in its second fiscal quarter, compared with a year-earlier loss of $189,775, or 7 cents a share. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 for the Tustin catheter company increased to $712,047 from $588,780. The net loss for the first half totaled $321,370, or 11 cents a share, compared with a loss of $278,900, or 10 cents a share, for the first six months a year ago. Revenue was up to $1.4 million from $1.1 million.
