Liberty National Bank: The Huntington Beach bank reported a net loss of $1.3 million, or $1.34 a share, for 1994, compared with a net loss of $1.5 million, or $1.55 a share, for 1993. The fourth-quarter loss totaled $64,550, or 7 cents a share, down from the year-earlier loss of $2 million, or $2.08 a share. Total assets as of Dec. 31 were $131.8 million, 17% lower than the $158.3 million recorded at the end of 1993.
