Yahr Named President of Properties Association

Gerald O. Yahr has been selected 1995 president of the National Assn. of Industrial and Office Properties, Orange County chapter. He is senior vice president of the retail division of Koll Real Estate Group.

* Lynne Spector has been appointed representative for Orange County for Transamerica HomeFirst Inc., a provider of reverse mortgages for senior homeowners. She previously represented the company in Northern California.

* Ross T. Boling has been appointed chief operating officer of DenexCorp, a Huntington Beach marketer of a micro-manufacturing plant for intravenous solutions. He had been vice president for sales and marketing. In addition, David A. Stacy was appointed director of national accounts. He had been director of sales.

* Brenda Moeller has joined Townsend & O’Leary Inc., a Laguna Hills advertising agency, as vice president and media director. She was previously the media director at Noble & Asociados.
