Big Investments Planned in Vietnam’s Natural Gas Industry: British Gas and Mitsui & Co. of Japan plan to invest a combined $500 million over the next two years to develop Vietnam’s natural gas industry. The companies expect to sign a joint venture agreement with the state-run Vietnam Oil and Gas Corp. before the end of June, said Alan Ross Guy, the project manager for British Gas.
