Golf Tournament Tickets Go on Sale

Tickets are on sale for Placentia’s 16th annual Mayor’s Golf Tournament, which raises money for scholarships to high school seniors in the city.

The registration costs, $100 per individual or $380 per foursome, include green fees, a putting contest, no-host bar, luncheon and awards. Those who wish to attend without playing may pay $20 for lunch only.

The event begins at 7:30 a.m. March 27 and wraps up about 3 p.m. at the Alta Vista Country Club, 777 Alta Vista Drive, Placentia.

The city’s Recreation and Human Services Department planners are still seeking tee sponsors and others to donate products as auction and raffle items.
