Continental Airlines is being sued for scrambling 108 ostrich eggs.

The football-size eggs were shipped from Texas to Utah in 18 boxes marked fragile. They arrived at David and Donna Schmidt’s ostrich farm dented and leaking, Donna Schmidt said. Only six eggs could be hatched, according to a lawsuit the Schmidts filed Wednesday in district court.
