Mendenhall Named Chino Valley Bank Officer

* Reid Mendenhall has been named vice president and banking officer at the Fullerton office of Chino Valley Bank. He was previously with Liberty National Bank as senior vice president of the business and professional banking department.

* John G. Valentine has been appointed director of acquisitions for CT Realty Corp., an Irvine real estate investment company. Valentine was formerly president of Auction Marketing Services. He has also been executive vice president of marketing for Birtcher Real Estate and executive vice president for LFC Real Estate Marketing Services.

* Rick Myers has been selected vice president of marketing and business development for American Lock & Supply in Anaheim. Myers, who has been with the company for more than 15 years, had been director of marketing.

* Raymond M. Parsons has been made a partner in BIS Sales, a Costa Mesa provider of software and related services. Parsons, who has been with the company 12 years, is vice president and regional manager. He is responsible for business development and management in the Orange County region, and directs research and development for the company.
