Elexsys International Inc.: The Irvine company, formerly known as Diceon Electronics Inc., said profit for the second fiscal quarter totaled $963,000, or 10 cents a share, which included an extraordinary gain of $1.8 million from early retirement of debt. For the comparable quarter of the previous fiscal year, the company lost $582,000, or 11 cents a share. Sales for the quarter ended April 1 declined 11% to $23.4 million from $26.2 million. For the first half of fiscal 1995, the company had profit of $1.2 million, or 13 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $3.9 million, or 77 cents a share, for the comparable six months a year ago. Sales dropped 9% to $46.2 million from $50.5 million.
