Prince Charles Plans Official Visit to Ireland

Britain’s Prince Charles will make an official visit to Ireland later this year, Buckingham Palace said Thursday.
No member of the Royal Family has paid an official visit to the Irish republic since 1969, when violence flared between Northern Ireland’s nationalist Roman Catholic and pro-British Protestant populations.
