CRENSHAW : Seminar Will Cover Home-Buying Basics
TJ Enterprises is hosting a seminar on escrow and home-buying Saturday at its Crenshaw Boulevard offices.
The three-hour seminar will cover topics including refinancing loans, escrow procedures, clarifying escrow documents and terminology. Guest speakers from title and mortgage companies, lending institutions and other escrow companies will also be on hand.
