Employees Accuse Deloitte & Touche of Racial Bias: Five current and former employees said in a lawsuit that African-American workers were denied equal pay, working conditions and opportunities. Deloitte & Touche, the third-largest accounting firm in the nation, did not comment on the suit, which was filed in Nashville, Tenn. The plaintiffs are seeking class-action status.
