India Train Crash Kills 50

NEW DELHI —
At least 50 people died and dozens were injured in a train crash in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, the Press Trust of India reported Monday. The news agency said a southbound express train from Tamil Nadu’s capital, Madras, collided head-on with a freight train 12 miles from the city of Salem late Sunday night.
