Citibank Drops Fees for Electronic Banking: The nation’s largest bank is eliminating the automated teller fees it charges customers with low balances and is waiving its fees for home banking services. It could also help attract more customers to Citibank, which has seen its share of the New York metropolitan banking business slip in recent years.
