Magyar Mistake

I cannot vouch for Hindi or Russian, but being a native of Hungary I want to call your attention to your error [in “Mirch Ado” by Charles Perry, May 11]. The word boros is an adjective referring to something with wine ( bor --wine), The Hungarian word for pepper is bors .
