El Pollo Loco Names 5 New Vice Presidents

* El Pollo Loco, the Irvine fast-food company, has named five new vice presidents. All previously held the title of director for the company. They are Dave Anderson, vice president for franchise operations; Ken Clark, company operations; Louis Franson, marketing; Scott Jones, research and development, and Matt McGuinness, finance.

* Carol Berry has joined E&S; Ring Management Corp. as marketing/business development vice president in its new Irvine office. She was formerly a principal and president of Wall Street West Financial, a real estate financial and loan brokerage firm in Newport Beach. Before that, Berry was president and chief executive of Bayco Financial Corp. in Torrance.

* Victoria A. Gray, a vice president of Northern Trust Bank of California, has been appointed senior relationship manager. She will manage the larger trust relationships in the company’s Newport Beach office. In addition, Mark A. Hardtke has been named vice president of trust administration. He had been second vice president.

* Judi Nelson Bock has been named director of social planning for Morningside, a Fullerton continuing care retirement community. She was formerly the assistant director of the assisted living facility and the activities director at ParkVista, Morningside’s on-site health center.

* Margaret M. Masterson has joined First Interstate Bank’s Trust and Private Client Services group in Newport Beach as vice president and director of fiduciary services. She was previously vice president and manager of fiduciary services for Wells Fargo Bank.

* Steven C. Atwood has been appointed senior vice president and national production manager for Victoria Mortgage Corp. in Irvine. Before joining the company, he was senior vice president, western division for Chase Manhattan Mortgage in San Diego, and before that senior vice president, national production, for American Residential Mortgage.
