Builder Wins Libyan Pipe Contract: Dong Ah Construction Industrial Co. said the $5.68-billion job involves laying 1,100 kilometers of water pipes in the North African country. A spokesman from Seoul-based Dong Ah said Chung Jin Sam, who heads the company’s overseas construction operation, got the assurance from a top-ranking official at Libya’s Great Man-Made River Authority while visiting Libya recently.
