Advantage Life Products Inc.: The Irvine maker of health and beauty products plans to acquire Environmental Professionals Inc., a subsidiary of Eagle Vision Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Environmental Professionals, based in New Jersey, is an environmental contracting and remediation business, working primarily with underground tank removal, ground water treatment, removal of hazardous waste and the cleanup of contaminated soil.

Environmental’s sales for 1994 were about $7 million. Advantage said the acquisition would create additional working capital to develop new products and expand marketing efforts for its Secret Hair hairstyling products. The company also said the acquisition could be completed within 30 days.
