I just finished reading the article on Stubb and my, oh my, what a tasty story it is! I’m sure C.B. Stubblefield would have been very pleased. I’m sorry I never had an opportunity to wander into C.B.’s restaurant, or to meet the man. Sadly, it seems that the C.B.s are all too quickly fading from the landscape.

P.S.: I had an opportunity to interview Muddy Waters for a radio documentary about 20 years ago--I can picture him eating ribs with a knife and fork!
