Trade Turnaround for Mexico: Mexico chalked up a $1.92-billion trade surplus for the first five months of 1995, contrasted with a deficit of $7.22 billion in the year-ago period, the Treasury Secretariat said. The surplus in May alone was $588 million. Exports for the month were valued at $6.64 billion, up 30% from May, 1994. Exports for the first five months of the year were $31.14 billion, up 32.4% from a year ago.
