UNSIGNED OPINION

Regarding Billboard’s unsigned, negative review of Michael Jackson’s new album (Pop Eye, July 2):
While what is stated in the review may all be true and might help the listener to better understand the music, it is still more of a personal attack than a constructive uplifting. Reviews of this nature should always be signed because, in the end, they are still only opinions (and tolerable that way, in the proper setting).
Otherwise, you are deeming it to be the opinion of everyone who works for Billboard--and even “the bible of the music industry” is most likely not written under divine inspiration.

Billboard’s opinion only reinforces what those of us not enthralled by His Highness have felt all along: Michael Jackson is quite possibly the biggest fraud in entertainment “HIStory.”
