U.S. Helicopter Crashes

NICOSIA, Cyprus —
A U.S. Black Hawk military helicopter with four people on board crashed Tuesday in the Mediterranean Sea off the southern coast of Cyprus, authorities said. There was no immediate word on survivors. The helicopter, which was routinely used to resupply the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, had left the British Royal Air Force base of Akrotiri on Cyprus.
