Cerplex Group Inc.: The Tustin electronics repair company said Wednesday that its Apex Computer subsidiary has acquired Courseware Technologies Inc., a San Diego computer training company. Courseware Technology, which offers computer-based learning for service training, will give Apex Computer the ability to provide technical support as well as repairs for UNIX workstations.
