Kerkorian, Iacocca Raise Stake in Chrysler to 14.1%: In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, investor Kirk Kerkorian said he bought 1.9 million shares between Aug. 11 and Aug. 25 at prices ranging from $50 to $52 a share. His stake now stands at 13.6%, or 51.9 million shares. Former Chrysler Corp. Chairman Lee Iacocca now holds 2,053,826 shares, or 0.5% of the total outstanding, including 388,986 shares he owns directly and 1,549,090 shares subject to exercise of options. The filing says Kerkorian or members of his group may buy more shares in open-market transactions to take their stake to 14.99% of Chrysler common stock outstanding.
