STM Wireless Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of wireless communications products announced Tuesday that it has acquired Telecom Multimedia Systems Inc., an Irvine-based ground wiring company, for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock. Telecom Multimedia products will complement STM’s satellite and cellular networks, according to STM officials. Telecom Multimedia will become a subsidiary of STM and its founder, Dr. Ramin Sadr, will become president of Telecom.
