STM Wireless Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of wireless communications products said Monday that it has formed a joint venture with a New Delhi-based company, Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd., to provide satellite telephone and video conference services across India. STM has an interest in two other Indian companies that provide telecommunication products.
