World IN BRIEF : RWANDA : Aid Group Says 100 Were Shot to Death

About 100 Rwandans were shot to death near the Zairian border, the humanitarian aid group Doctors Without Borders said in a statement. The Paris-based group said it had no information on who carried out the shootings. It said the massacre is believed to have taken place Monday. Rwanda has repeatedly said it fears that former Rwandan soldiers and militiamen in Zairian refugee camps are rearming.
